Poster Guidelines

Only those whose abstract has been selected should prepare a poster.  If you have questions, please contact us at spetses2008@embl.de.

Size
The maximum size is 1m x 1m.
Posters will be hung on the wall or on pinboards (a limited supply of tape and pushpins will be available).

Poster Sessions
Thursday, Sep 4 (14:00-15:30): Poster session I (A-J)
Friday, Sep 5 (14:00-15:30): Poster session II (K-P)
Sunday, Sep 7 (13:00-14:30): Poster session III (R-Z)

Please note you are expected to be at your poster for the first hour only.

Poster Prizes
Three (3) students will be selected during the meeting to receive poster prizes.  These students will be expected to give talks based on their posters, so please come prepared with a PowerPoint presentation.

Each talk should last approximately 15 minutes including time for questions.
